Return & Exchange Policy

For all the orders, the return policy is limited to 15 days.

Manufacturing Defect:

  •  Freshfeet shoes are manufactured with the utmost care and stringent quality control is always maintained. However, despite this high-quality assurance, there can be few odd defective ones among the millions we manufacture and sell.
  •  In case you find a manufacturing defect in the product purchased, kindly initiate a return under the ‘manufacturing defect’ head.
  •  We provide a 100% refund for all minor and major manufacturing defects.

Conditions to be fulfilled upon return:

  •  Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached 
  •  A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns.
  •  All goods, including any gift with purchase, must be returned to us unworn and in the original box, complete with all labels.
  •  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Exchange Policy:

Our exchange policy is applicable to all online orders and has to be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is only limited to the size of the same product. Email us at admin@freshfeet.in with the subject title: Exchange Request – Your Order Number. Our customer service team will assist you with the returns process.

Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, giving you a refund via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of freshfeet.com.

General Terms & Conditions for Exchange/Return

  •  All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by the original Invoice.
  •  No warranty/guarantee/exchange for articles purchased on discount or during the sale period
  •  Articles / Products sold under any promotional scheme including but not limited to discount coupons/gift coupons issued under any promotional scheme of freshfeet.com or any third party will not be eligible for exchange & Claim/Refund.
  • The value of the replaced merchandise will be equal to the original purchase price of the exchanged/returned article, as mentioned in the Invoice, irrespective of the current price of the exchanged/returned article, at the time of the exchange/return being made.
  •  If the value of the replaced article is less than the original value of the exchanged/claimed article, there will be no refund or credit note issued.
  •  If the value of the replaced article is more than original value, the difference will be borne by the customer.
  • The decision of the company would be considered final in all cases
